To reserve your equipment, you must deposit of half the rental rate. Major credit or debit cards can be used for rentals. The renter must be present to pick up the item(s) and we require you to show a valid government issue id and the credit card used for making the reservation

You must cancel your rental up to 7 days before the rental date to receive a full refund of your deposit. Any time after will forfeit their deposit fee.

 

The renter is responsible for the care of the equipment. You MUST provide the following:

• A policy rider from your insurance company showing that you are covered for damage or loss equal in dollar value to the rental equipment. The policy should indicate “PodStu LLC.” as payee.

• A credit card with an available credit line equal to the value of the rental equipment.

• Certified check in the value of the rental equipment to be held by us until the return of the rental equipment.

Rentals are for use in the state of North Carolina only. You must pick up and return the rental equipment – rental items cannot be shipped.
